Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation of agreed joining instructions by a customer 15 days or more prior to the commencement date of the course will incur an administration charge of 25% of the total; course fee excluding VAT.
- Cancellation within 15 days by a customer prior to the course commencement date will result in the whole course fee being forfeited.
- Substitution of course delegates, subject to examination board criteria, will be accepted upon reasonable notice being given. The original joining instructions and fee will be deemed to be accepted.
- Payment of all course fees must be made prior to the commencement of the course unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed with Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd.
- Failure to pay course fees before commencement of training will delay the issuing of certificates.
- Cheques accompanying bookings should be made payable to Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Limited.
- Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd reserves the right through non-payment by the customer prior to the course to cancel the joining instructions and offer the position elsewhere.
- Any variations to the joining instructions, course date, time of attendance etc. made by Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd will be notified to the customer.
- Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd will ensure that the original instructions are adhered to. In the event of course / delegate cancellation made by Freightsafe dangerous goods training ltd, every effort will be made for the delegate to attend the next available course.
- All incidents and actions, including money refunds will be dealt with promptly.
- Every effort is made to ensure that both the instructions and handouts / course notes are true and correct at the time of presentation, but Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions.
- Any delegate attending a Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd course is obliged to observe notices or instructions laid down by the host venue or Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd staff.
- Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd does not accept any responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles left on host venue premises.
- Where external examinations are involved and the delegate for enrolment has supplied details, Freightsafe Dangerous Goods Training Ltd cannot accept any responsibility if a dispute should arise with the examinations body.
- It is important that adequate provision is made to ensure that drivers attending courses are able to comply with the requirements laid down in Drivers Hours Regulations.
- All delegates must comply with the host venue Health and Safety Policy and their legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Courses held at venues organised by Freightsafe will include breaks with tea/coffee and lunches.
